Meadville Tool Grinding is a full service end mill, cutting tool,  grinding shop.  We sharpen your worn carbide or steel end mills and cutting tools at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new tool.  When your tools arrive at our shop they are checked in, identified  and thoroughly inspected.  After sorting, our skilled associates use state-of-the-art machines to grind your tools to the exacting tolerances required.  We utilize Walter 5 axis CNC tool and cutter grinders to assure the highest quality.



End mills and tooling that require re-coating are then processed and professionally coated, (see our other services page for details.)    After your tools are reconditioned, they are dipped in protective plastic and returned to you securely packaged.  Local customers orders will be picked up and returned via our driver. Out of town orders will be shipped via UPS*
